Josh Pfeiffer & Nick Justice met studying wine at Uni Adelaide in 2008. They collaborated to make their first wine in 2009 with family and friends before going on separate wine journeys. A fourth generation Barossa grape grower, Josh spent several years as winemaker at Henschke, Two Hands & his families winery Whistler Wines before creating Barossa Wine Cartel. Nick spent consecutive vintages at La Crema & Yangarra Estate before spending the last decade at Paringa Estate on the Mornington Peninsula.

After 16 years of adventures, Josh and Nick decided to come together again professionally to create Adventurous Souls. It encapsulates both families’ mutual love for all things nature and outdoors. Two families of five travelling off the beaten track and rolling out the swag under the night sky with a great wine.
