The Duchess Sparkling Cuvée is a crisp and elegant aperitif-style sparkling wine, adored for its generous flavours and value for money. Light & fresh on the palate with soft delicate fruit flavours of nectarine and white peach, citrus and grapefruit. There’s a light yeastiness and together with the vigorous, persistent bead, make this an ideal celebratory drink that can pair with a wide range of flavours and cuisines. The fruit was harvested at its peak of freshness to provide bright & vibrant characters. To ensure a fine palate, only free run juice is used and this is then cold fermented to preserve the natural fruit aroma and flavour.
