‘Mon Tout’ means ‘my everything’. It’s an ode to the great loves in our lives. Established in 2012, Mon Tout is the creation of second-generation vigneron Richard Burch, born out of a desire to create limited edition, small batch wines of exceptional quality with fruit sourced from vineyards across Western Australia – from the Great Southern to Margaret River and the Swan Valley. Laid back and effortlessly cool, Mon Tout’s limited-edition releases are made with no fining, no filtration, and minimal to no sulphur - just delicious minimum intervention, lo-fi wines packed full of character. In short, Mon Tout embodies pure, simple pleasure.
