Pizzini is a family owned winery located in the King Valley wine region in Victoria’s north east. Pizzini specialise in the production of Italian wine varieties. The family have been growing and making wine from grape varieties including Prosecco, Pinot Grigio, Sangiovese, Nebbiolo, Brachetto, Verduzzo and Arneis since the late 1970s. The King Valley is the perfect region for growing Italian varieties. The shallow, rocky soils on the gently undulating slopes make perfect sites for Italian red varieties. While the more fertile zones along the King Valley floor leading to the King River grow fragrant Brachetto and crisp Prosecco.
