Puppet Master - a West Australian wine collection inspired by ancient fairy tales, dystopian novels, cinema noir and vintage sci-fi. It is the brainchild of Jeff Burch and his daughter Natalie, created while musing over 1930s cinema noir, mind-bending novels like George Orwell’s 1984 and the vintage film Metropolis. To make wine is to assert a desired outcome, a kind of mind control, over the drinker. The Puppet Master wines, like the art on their labels, are a collection of oddities. The vignerons from Howard Park have gone rogue on this project, creating a series of wines to surprise and delight.
