Nestled just below the ridge of the Niagara Escarpment you can find our vines. They grow on the very same natural formation which creates the beautiful Niagara Falls. A perfect combination of soil types and weather patterns come from this ridge, and it is with great passion that we call our winery Ridgeside Winery. After hand harvesting the frozen grapes, they are immediately pressed and release a small amount of juice which is very concentrated in flavours and character. The end result is a unique and special sweet dessert wine.
